超声对急性周围血管阻塞性疾病的临床应用价值

目的 探讨超声对急性周围血管阻塞性疾病的诊断应用价值。方法 对31例因临床怀疑为急性周围血管阻塞性疾病的患者进行血管超声检查。结果 超声诊断并明确定位上肢或下肢急性深静脉血栓(DVT)形成12例(其中11例下肢DVT，1例上肢DVT)，急性动脉阻塞6例。13例超声排除DVT诊断中6例检出引起肢体肿胀或疼痛的其它原因。超声诊断后，立即对患者进行治疗，复查血栓部位部分或完全再通。而超声排除DVT诊断的13例患者不予溶栓抗凝治疗，在临床随访中均未发生肺栓塞。结论 超声可作为诊断急性周围血管阻塞性疾病的首选方法。

Clinical application evaluation of ultrasonography in acute peripheral vascular occlusive diseases

ObjectiveTo study the diagnosis value of u ltrasonograpy in acute peripheral vascular occlusive diseases.Methods 31 cases of clinically suspected having acute peripheral vascula r occlusive diseases were examined by scanner.ResultsThe ultrsonography was made in 12 patients as deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in which 11 legs and 1 upper extremitities, and in 6 patients as arterial occlusion. 6 p atients out of 13 clinically suspected DVT with negative ultrasonographic resul ts were found being caused by other reasons. All the patients with thrombosis we re unobstru cted partially or completely after being treated. The 13 patients with exclusive DVT didn't have pulmonary embolism during follow up period although they were n ot given any thrombolytic therapy or anticoagulant.Conclusion Ultrasonography is suggested to be the first selected method for diagnosi ng acute peripheral vascular occlusive diseases.
