脑CT静脉成像技术及临床应用

摘    要:脑CT静脉成像(CT venography,CTV)是一种无创的脑血管成像技术.随着成像设备的发展以及扫描参数、重建技术的探索与完善,脑CTV不仅可以准确诊断脑静脉疾病,而且在协助外科手术方面亦具有极高的应用价值.本文阐述脑CTV的技术特点、临床应用以及与脑磁共振成像和传统血管造影进行比较.

Abstract:CT venography(CTV)is a non-invasive cerebrovascular imaging technique.With the development of imaging equipment,as well as the advancement of scanning parameters and reconstruction software,cerebral CTV not only accurately diagnoses cerebrovascular diseases,but also is great value in making surgical protocol of intracranial neoplasm.In this article,the technical features and clinic application of CTV are discussed.The advantages of CTV is also compared with magnetic resonance venography(MRV)and traditional angiography.
