针刺治疗腹部手术术后呃逆疗效观察

目的观察针刺治疗腹部手术术后呃逆的临床疗效。方法将72例腹部手术后出现呃逆症状的患者随机分成治疗组、对照组和联合组，每组24例。治疗组采用针刺两侧足三里、合谷、内关和太冲穴治疗，对照组采用哌醋甲酯肌肉注射治疗，联合组采用针刺后予哌醋甲酯肌肉注射治疗。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）治疗组总有效率与联合组比较，差异无统计学意义（F〉0．05）。结论针刺是治疗腹部手术术后呃逆的一种有效方法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture on Hiccups After Abdominal Surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating hiccups after abdominal surgery. Methods Seventy-two patients with hiccups after abdominal surgery were randomly allocated to treatment, control and combination groups, 24 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture at bilateral points Zusanli, Hegu, Neiguan and Taichong; the control group, an intramuscular injection of methylphenidate; the combination group, acupuncture followed by an intramuscular injection of methylphenidate. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the treatment and control groups （P〈0.01） but no between the treatment and combination groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Acupuncture is an effective way to treat hiccups after abdominal surgery.
