247名儿科临床护士发生针刺伤情况的研究与对策

目的了解儿童医院临床护士针刺伤发生情况并采取对策，保证护士的职业安全。方法采用自行设计的调查表对广州市儿童医院247名临床护士在一年的针刺伤情况进行调查研究。结果针刺伤发生率91．09％。穿刺后及穿刺后整理物品在留置针、注射器、头皮针针头引起的针刺伤中各占78．21％、83．07％、61．80％。由于患儿躁动引起留置针、头皮针针头针刺伤各占28．00％、35．40％。结论儿科临床护士针刺伤发生率高于成人医院，采取对策，减少针刺伤是当务之急。

INVESTIGATIONS OF NEEDLE STICK INJURIES AMONG 247 PEDIATRICS CLINICAL NURSES AND ITS COUNTERMEASURE

Objective To investigate the circumstance of needle stick injuries among clinical nurses in children's hospital, bring forward the countermeasure to guarantee the safe of nurses. Methods Using the questionnaire designed by us, we investigated the circumstance of needle stick injuries in one-year among 247 clinical nurses of Guangzhou Children's Hospital. Results The needle stick injuries occurrence rate was 91.09%. It is 78.21%?83.07%?61.80% in retainer of needle, injector, scalp needles after venipuncture. The needle stick injuries occurs in retaining needle and scalp needles was 28.00%?35.40% during venipuncture because of patient's restlessness. Conclusion The needle stick injuries occurrence rate in the nurses of children's hospital was above it of adult hospital. Adopt the appropriate countermeasure to reduce it is urgent affairs.
