三草油唇膏治疗热毒蕴脾型唇风病的临床疗效观察

目的:观察三草油唇膏治疗热毒蕴脾型唇风病的临床疗效及停药后患者复发情况。方法:将96例唇风病患者随机分为两组:试验组(三草油唇膏,49例)和对照组(地奈德乳膏,47例)。治疗4周后继续随访4周,比较两组患者唇部皮损面积、皮损范围评分、临床表现及程度评分、自觉症状及程度评分、复发率和停药至复发间隔的天数。结果:治疗4周后,试验组愈显率为83.67%(41/49),对照组为80.85%(38/47),两组间差异无统计学意义。随访4周后,试验组复发率(21.95%,9/41)显著低于对照组(60.53%,23/38)(P<0.05)。复发间隔天数试验组为9.00[7.50,11.50]d,对照组为4.00[2.00,6.00]d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三草油唇膏和地奈德乳膏对唇风病均有较好疗效,三草油唇膏可以降低慢性唇炎的复发率。

Clinical efficacy observation of Three Herbal Oil Lipstick in the treatment of chronic cheilitis with heat-toxin amassment in spleen syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Three Herbal Oil Lipstick in the treatment of chronic cheilitis with heat-toxin amassment in spleen syndrome,and the relapse after drug withdrawal.Methods:A total of 96 patients with chronic cheilitis who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(Three Herbal Oil Lipstick,49 cases)and control group(Desonide Cream,47 cases).After 4-week treatment,the patients were followed up for 4 weeks.Lip lesion area,skin lesion area score,clinical manifestation and degree score,conscious symptoms and degree score,recurrence rate and the days between drug withdrawal and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4-week treatment,the total effective rate was 83.67%(41/49)in the treatment group and 80.85%(38/47)in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups.After 4-week follow-up,the recurrence rate was 21.95%(9/41)in the treatment group and 60.53%(23/38)in the control group.There was a significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence interval was 9.00[7.50,11.50]d in the treatment group and 4.00[2.00,6.00]d in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three Herbal Oil Lipstick and Desonide Cream have good curative effect on chronic cheilitis,and Three Herbal Oil Lipstick can reduce the recurrence rate of chronic cheilitis.
