中医病名规范化研究现状与对策

文章在系统分析中医病名规范化研究现状的基础上,针对目前研究存在的主要问题,提出病名规范化内容及研究建议。笔者认为目前中医病名存在诸多问题,如“病”“证”“症”界定不清、中西病名混杂、病名层次混乱、病名内涵不清、缺乏统一标准等,根据存在问题,规范中医病名应从明确疾病定义、分化病名义项、规范病名分类、选定疾病正名、区分中西医病名、界定命名方式等方面入手,并在前人研究基础上,结合临床实践对进一步开展中医病名规范化研究提出以下建议:统一建立术语体系、传承中医病名特色、开展中西病名比较、借助现代先进技术等。

Research status and countermeasures of the standardization of names of TCM diseases

Based on the systematic analysis of the status of research on the standardization of names of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diseases, this paper proposes the content and research recommendations for the standardization of names of TCM diseases in view of the main problems in the current research. The author believes that there are many problems in the name of TCM, such as the unclear definition of ’disease’, ’syndrome’ and ’disease’, the confusion of the name of TCM and western medicine diseases, the confusion of the name of the disease, the connotation of the name of the diseases, the lack of unified standards, etc.. According to the existing problems, standardizing the names of TCM diseases should start with clear definitions of diseases, refinement of connotations of disease names, standardization of classification methods of disease names, selection of disease proper names, differentiation of names of TCM and western medicine diseases, and standardization of disease naming, etc., and on the basis of previous research in combination with clinical practice, the following suggestions are proposed for further research on the standardization of TCM disease names: establishing a unified standard system, inheriting the characteristics of TCM disease names, carrying out a comparison between TCM and western medicine disease names, and leveraging modern advanced technology.
