系统性红斑狼疮对卵巢功能的影响及中医辨治思路

系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,临床常用糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗。SLE疾病本身及部分治疗药物可导致SLE患者卵巢功能受损。中医认为,SLE患者卵巢功能受损病因复杂,临床治疗应以急则治其标、缓则治其本为原则。活动期西药治疗为主,配合中药清热解毒、活血化瘀以减缓卵巢损伤;缓解期补肾调经为主,兼有血瘀者,配以活血化瘀之品;兼有肝郁者,辅以疏肝解郁之品。

Effects of systemic lupus erythematosus on ovarian function and the thinking of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease and the commonly clinical treatment drugs are glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents. Ovarian function of the SLE patients could be impaired by the disease itself and some therapeutic drugs. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of SLE ovarian dysfunction are complicated, therefore the clinical treatment should be in accordance with the principle of TCM ^symptomatic treatment in acute condition and radical treatment in chronic case*. In acute condition of SLE, western medicine is the main treatment, combined with TCM such as clearing heat and removing toxicity combine with promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis in order to relieve the ovarian injury. And in remission stage, under the premise of tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation. The Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation or dispersing stagnated liver qi could be used if there was blood stasis or liver depression.
