Abstract:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Qilongtian Capsule, and the simultaneously determine contents of salidroside, notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1. Methods: Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);acetonitrile-water solution gradient elution;detection wavelength: 203 nm;flow rate: 1 mL/min;injection volume: 10μL;temperature: 25°C. Results: The 15 batches of Qilongtian Capsule had 11 common peaks in the HPLC spectrum, and the similarity was greater than 0.9. By comparing with the mixed control, 4 chemical components were identified, which were salidroside and notoginsenoside R1, Ginsenoside Rg1, Ginsenoside Rb1. The four components showed a good linear relationship within 46.2~595.3, 55.7~717.1, 46.9~604.0, 76.7~845.7μg/mL, and the average recovery was 99.53%~100.38%. Conclusion: This method is stable and feasible, and can be used for the quality control of Qilongtian Capsule.
