摘    要:筋骨系统是人体力学平衡的核心因素,在结构上相互依存,在功能上相互协调;在生理上互用,在病理上互损。筋骨失和,则力学失衡,引起局部微环境的生物学因素改变,是骨关节炎的关键病因。基于筋骨理论,以筋骨中和为切入点,借助人体力学理论,揭示"筋束骨、骨张筋"科学内涵;从以筋为先角度,借助肌筋膜理论,探索筋骨失和力学机制,丰富骨关节炎的病因病机;从筋骨并重角度,整合现代康复核心理念,构建"预防-保健-治疗-康复-养生"五位一体的诊疗方案,旨在为骨关节炎中医康复提供新策略。

Abstract:Jin-gu system is a core factor of the human body’s mechanical balance, interdependent in structure and coordinated in function. Jin-gu Shihe, a key factor of osteoarthritis, leads to the mechanical imbalance and the change of biological factors of local microenvironment. Based on Jin-gu theory, using the Jin-gu Zhonghe as the entry point, we reveal the scientific theory of ’Jin-shu-gu, Gu-zhang-jin’ from human mechanics theory, and explore the mechanism of Jin-gu Shihe to enrich the etiology and pathogenesis of osteoarthritis from the myofascial theory, and establish the diagnosis and treatment of five-in-one protocol ’disease prevention-health care-treatment-rehabilitation-health preservation’ by integrating the core concept of modern rehabilitation from paying equal attention to sinew and bone. It provides a new strategy of osteoarthritis rehabilitation of traditional Chinese Medicine.
