中医治疗子宫腺肌病的临床研究文献分析

目的:分析并探讨中医在子宫腺肌病临床治疗中的应用以及优势。方法:根据纳入标准及排除标准,依据检索策略在中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)、维普全文数据库(CQVIP)和万方全文数据库进行文献检索,收集2000年1月1日至2020年3月1日中医治疗子宫腺肌病的临床研究文献。结果:共纳入合格文献221篇,其中中医治法可分为内治法(66.97%)、外治法(28.05%)和综合疗法(4.98%),产生的疗效主要有缓解痛经、改善中医证候、调理月经、降低复发率、降低CA125水平、减少不良反应、缩小子宫体积、提高生育能力,有效率在76.92%~100.00%,不同治法的疗效频次也不同。结论:近20年来中医治疗子宫腺肌病临床研究类文献骤增,中医治法有一定的优势,值得临床上广泛应用。

Literature analysis of clinical studies on adenomyosis in treatment of traditional Chinese medicine

Objective: To analyze and discuss the application and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the clinical treatment of adenomyosis. Methods: According to inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and search strategy, the clinical research literatures of TCM treatment of adenomyosis from January 1, 2000 to March 1, 2020 were collected in CNKI, CQVIP and Wanfang full-text database. Results: A total of 221 articles were retrieved, and TCM treatment can be divided into internal treatment(66.97%), external treatment(28.05%) and comprehensive therapy(4.98%). The main curative effects are relieving dysmenorrhea, improving TCM syndrome, regulating menstruation, reducing recurrence rate, reducing CA125 level, reducing adverse reactions, reducing uterine volume and improving fertility. The effective rate ranges from 76.92% to 100.00%. The frequency of curative effect of different treatments is also different. Conclusion: There has been a sharp increase in the literature on clinical research related to TCM treatment in adenomyosis. TCM has certain advantages and it’s worthy of wide clinical application.
