| 摘 要： | 卫气是中医学中重要的人体之气,关于其与三焦的关系,有“卫出上焦”“卫出下焦”等多种说法.文章通过分析认为,卫气本于中焦,成于下焦,散于上焦,行于三焦,上述“出”字不可片面理解,可解释为发出、化生、长成、上传、宣散等多种含义.依据卫气与三焦的特殊关系,引申出补中焦,固下焦,调上焦和畅三焦来治疗卫气相关病证的治疗原则.

| Abstract: | Defensive qi is an important qi of the human body in traditional Chinese medicine. There are many views about the relationship between defensive qi and sanjiao, such as ’defensive qi out of the upper jiao’, ’defensive qi out of the lower jiao’. Based on the analysis, this paper holded that defensive qi originated from middle jiao, formed in lower jiao, dispersed in upper jiao, and walked in sanjiao. The above-mentioned word ’out’ can not be understood unilaterally, but can be interpreted as sending, transforming, growing, uploading, outspreading and other meanings. According to the special relationship between defensive qi and sanjiao, the treatment principles of supplementing middle jiao, conditioning lower jiao, adjusting upper jiao and dredging sanjiao were extended. |
