中医象思维与知行合一

"象"诊察是中医诊查的关键手段,象思维则是贯穿整个辨证论治过程的主要思维模式。"知行"是中国传统哲学的重要范畴,而知行合一是象思维的基本要求。象思维在中医学中应用广泛,贯穿了中医学诸多方面,无论是中医基础理论中的气、阴阳、五行、藏象病机,还是中医临床基础中的诊断、治则、方药等。象思维具有整体性、多样性和模糊性的特点,要多角度体验象思维才能够更好掌握中医理论和辨证论治。要做到知行合一地掌握中医理法方药,主要通过临床实践和个人修炼二个途径实现。

Traditional Chinese medicine Xiang thought and the unity of knowledge and practice

The diagnosis of different ’Xiang’ is one of the key means of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diagnosis, and ’Xiang’ thought is the main mode of thinking throughout the whole process of syndrome differentiation. ’Knowledge and practice’ is an important category of Chinese traditional philosophy, and the unity of knowledge and practice is the basic requirement of ’Xiang’ thought. ’Xiang’ thought is widely used in TCM and runs through many aspects of TCM, including qi, yin and yang, the five elements, and the pathogenesis of visceral manifestation in basic theory of TCM, as well as the diagnosis, treatment and Chinese medical formulas in the clinical basis of TCM. ’Xiang’ thought is characterized by integrity, diversity and fuzziness. Only by experiencing ’Xiang’ thought from multiple perspectives can we better grasp the theory of TCM and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. In order to master the TCM with the unity of knowledge and practice, it is mainly realized through clinical practice and personal cultivation.
