血清C-反应蛋白与2型糖尿病及其肾病的关系

目的研究血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)在2型糖尿病及糖尿病肾病中的变化.方法测定42例正常白蛋白尿的2型糖尿病患者和41例2型糖尿病肾病(UAER>20μg/min)患者的血清CRp的含量,并与41例健康对照组比较.结果 2型糖尿病(正常白蛋白尿组)患者的CRP明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而2型糖尿病肾病组的CRP值高于正常人组,也高于糖尿病组(均为P<0.01).结论血清CRP与2型糖尿病及其血管并发症密切相关.

Relationship between serum C-reactive protein and type 2 diabetes and its nephropathy

Objective] To study the changes of serum C-reactive protein(CRP) in type 2 diabetes and diabetic nephropathy. Methods] The serum CRP levels were measured in 42 type 2 diabetic patients with normal UAER and 41 type 2 diabetic patients with diabetic nephropathy ( UAER>20 ug/min). The result were compared with those of 41 healthy people. Results] The serum CRP in type 2 diabetes (normal albuminuria group) was significantly higher than that of healthy individuals (P <0.01). The serum CRP level was higher in type 2 diabetes mellitus with nephropathy than that in normal control subjects and 2 type diabetes without nephropathy (P <0.01). Conclusion] Increased level of serum CRP may correlate with type 2 diabetes and its angiopathy.
