多发性硬化的治疗进展

多发性硬化（MS）是一种常见的中枢神经系统自身免疫性炎性脱髓鞘疾病，自身抗原激活T细胞和B细胞介导的免疫机制异常在MS的致病过程中起重要作用。MS改良治疗（DMTs）可特异性作用于某个与致病机制相关的靶细胞或分子而发挥治疗作用，本文就近年口服药物和单克隆抗体治疗MS的新进展做一综述。

Developing Treatment in Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis（MS） is an inflammatory, demyelinating disease of central nervous system. MS is believed to be an autoaggressive disease mediated by autoreactive T and B cells. Promising disease-modifying therapies including biologic therapies or small molecules are encouraged for treating MS. The review about oral therapies and monoclonal antibodies for MS was provided.
