椎弓根内固定系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症26例

目的探讨椎弓根内固定系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对26例腰椎间盘突出症及术后复发患者行椎板开窗减压+髓核摘除+椎弓根系统内固定+横突间植骨融合术后进行疗效判断。结果随诊0.5~3年,4~6个月后均达骨性融合,优良率90%,治愈率96%。结论该手术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症有潜在椎体不稳和预防腰椎手术术后失败综合征的一种行之有效的方法。

Transpedicular internal fixation device for 26 cases of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the curative effect of transpedicular internal fixation device for lumbar disc herniation.Methods The curative effect of combination of vertebral plate decompression by fenestration,nucleus gelatinosus removal,transpedicular internal fixation device and intertransverse interbody fusion was performed in 26 patients with lumbar disc herniation and postoperative recurrent cases.Results The results in a followed-up stage of 3 years indicated that spinal fusion was obtained after 4 to 6 months,and excellent rate was 90% and curative rate was 96%.Conclusion Transpedicular internal fixation device is an effective method for potential spinal unstabilization in lumbar disc herniation and prevention of syndrome of unsuccessful lumbar operation.
