妇女带下症论治

传统中医理论认为妇女带下症成因有三：脾虚、肾虚、湿毒。湿为带下症之祸首。究其妇女带下症的内因、外因、不内外因及其相互因果关系，妇女带下症分寒、热、郁、菌、瘤五大类型辨证论治较为妥当。治则当以健脾补肾，坚实根本，以固其带。治湿先治肺。正如举壶倒水，“上气（孔）得疏，水道自利”。肺气疏，气帅血行。气血和畅，中宫所化生之精津，能循行输布周身，至天庭百会，百病不生。湿邪可以客滞？余当依标本主次何急辨证论治，佐以疏肝解郁、清热利湿、消炎杀菌、消肿止痛、软坚散结疗之。运用传统中医学理论，不拘泥于带下五色辩证，理、法、方、药得当，带下症自愈。治带下症经典方剂，兼纳世泽堂祖传天乐再生丸内服，消魂丸外用，其疗效绝妙。

ON the Treatment of leukorrhea

The causes of leukorrhea are deficiency of lung,deficiency of kidney, damp and toxics,of which damp is the main cause. Therefore,the treatment is to tonify the spleen and kidney,consolidate vitality.The treatment of damp is to start from the lung and assisted by smoothing the liver Qi and relieving depression,dispelling inflammation,stopping pain,and softening mass.The oral medicine is Tianle Zansheng pill and the external one is Xiaohun pill.The general treatment has brought about better effects.
