中药外敷加内服治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

目的观察中药内外兼治法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 120例患者中选取70例中老年膝骨性关节炎患者作为治疗组,用中药外敷和内服方法治疗;选取50例中老年膝骨性关节炎患者作为对照组,服用西药和注射治疗。各治疗2个疗程后观察2组的疗效。结果治疗组经中药内外兼治后,疗效显效的30例,有效的35例,总有效率为92.9%。对照组疗效显效的10例,有效的23例,总有效率为66.0%。2组治疗后膝骨关节炎严重性指数（ISOA）的评分分别为：疼痛不适：（1.22±0.76）和（2.46±0.98）,步行距离：（2.14±1.06）和（3.14±1.21）,日常生活：（0.94±0.47）和（1.12±0.63）,与治疗前比较,P均〈0.05。结论中药外敷和内服疗法能显著改善膝骨关节炎患者的症状、体征,降低ISOA评分,值得推广。

Eefficacy of topical and oral administration of Chinese medicine for patients with knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the efficacy of topical and oral administration of Chinese medicine for osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods A total of 70 patients with knee osteoarthritis in the elderly as a treatment group were treated with topical and oral administration of Chinese medicine;another 50 patients with knee osteoarthritis as a control group were treated with western medicine and injection therapy.We observed the effect of the two groups.Results In the treatment group,30 patients had marked effect,35 patients had some effect,and the total effective rate was 92.9%.In the control group,10 patients had marked effect,23 patients had some effect,and the total effective rate was 66.0%.ISOA scores in the treatment group and the control group after the treatment were： pain ＆ discomfort（1.22 ± 0.76） and（2.46 ± 0.98）,walking distance（2.14 ± 1.06） and（3.14 ± 1.21）,daily life（0.94 ± 0.47） and（1.12 ± 0.63）.Compared with before the treatment,there was significant difference（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The symptoms and signs of patients with knee osteoarthritis in the treatment group have significant improvement,and the knee osteoarthritis index score is decreased,which is worthy of promotion.
