煅石膏与骨形成蛋白载体系统的建立及其骨诱导活性研究

摘    要:将牛骨形成蛋白(bBMP)与煅石膏(PLP)复合物及单纯PLP和单纯bBMp分别植入狗下颌的实验性骨缺损中,术后1,2,4和8用分别观察,发现PLP在植入后早期吸收,bBMP—PLP复合物有明显的骨诱导性.可防止BMP扩散及过快吸收,使其更持久地作用于周围的细胞。可在相对较短时间内.促进骨缺损的修复,研究表明.PIP是一种较适宜的BMP载体材料。

Abstract:Bovine bone morphogenetic protein (bBMP) was incoporated with plaster of paris (PLP). The composite of bBMP - PLP, PLP and bBMP were implanted into the surgically produced mandibular osseous defects in dogs. Observations at 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks showed that the composite of bBMP - PLP had the ability of bone induction and enhancen the regeneration of bony defects in a relatively short time. PLP was easily resorbed early aller implantation and established a bBMP concentration gradient in the area of ingrowing mesenchymal cells, stabilized bBMP locally and improve contact between bBMP and the surrounding cells. The study indicated that PLP can he used as a vehicle substance for BMP.
