煅石膏与羟基磷灰石复合人工骨的实验研究

摘    要:以具有良好生物相容性和生物降解性的煅石膏(PLP)作为颗粒型差劲基磷灰石(HA)人工骨的粘接成形剂,将HA-PLP复合材料植入狗下颌实验性骨缺损中,采用组织学,定量组织学,扫描电镜和X线等方法评价其骨缺损修复能力。结果发现,HA-PLP复合人工骨具有良好的组织相容性,骨引导性,能与新骨形成紧密结合,抑制HA颗粒散动及改善及操作性能,PLP在植入后4周完全吸收。本研究表明,HA-PLP复合人工骨作为新的骨修复材料,具有良好组织相容性和较理想的操作性能。

Abstract:In present study, plaster of paris (PLP) with biocompatible and bioresorbable was used for binder of particulate HA and implanted in the experimental hany defects of dogs. The metheds of histological and quantitahve histological exdrinahon, X - ray and scanning electron dricroscopy were used to evaluate the ability of repaired bone defect. The results indicated that the composite had good histocompatibility, osteocondction and formd chemical bond with new bone. There was no migration of the HA particles. The binder of plaster of paris was resorpted rapidly during 4 weeks after implantation. The study showed the composite of HA particle - plaster of paris is a new artificial bene material with good histocompatibility and facilitated precise implant placement for repairing han defects.
