盐酸法舒地尔联合依达拉奉治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效观察

目的观察盐酸法舒地尔联合依这拉奉治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法90例椎基底动脉供血不足患者，随机分为盐酸法舒地尔联合依达拉奉治疗组（46例）和低分子右旋糖苷加复方丹参注射液对照组（44例）。观察临床疗效及治疗前后彩色多普勒超声检查椎动脉血流参数的改变。结果实验组总有效率为100％，时照组有效率为64％，两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论盐酸法舒地尔联合依达拉奉治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效显著，值得推广。

Clinical effect of Fasudil combining Edaravone in treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fasudil combining Edaravone in treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Methods 90 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （46 cases） used Fasudil and Edaravone while the control group（44 cases） used Dextran 40 Glucose Injection and Fufang Danshen Injection. We observed the clinical effect and the parameter change of blood flow of vertebral artery under Color Doppler Ultrasound examination pre and post treatment. Results Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 100% and 64%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant. Conclusions The therapy that combined Fasudil and Edaravone has a significant curative effect on vertebrobasilar insufficiency and is worth popularizing.
