| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人类微小病毒B19感染与大肠癌的关系。方法收集160例临床已确诊的肠癌病人及120例健康体检者血液标本，采用聚合酶链式反应（PCR）技术进行B19DNA检测。结果160例肠癌病人血标本中，B19DNA阳性为15例（9.38％）；120例健康体检者中B19DNA阳性为1例（0．83％）。差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）。结论肠癌病人微小病毒感染率明显高于健康人群。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between human parvovirus B19 infection and colon cancer.Methods B19DNA in blood samples of 160 clinically confirmed large intestine cancer cases and 120 healthy persons were determined by PCR.Results Fifteen samples out of 160 colon cancer cases were positive for B19 DNA(9.38%);while 1 cases was positive in health person(0.83%),showing significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The infection rate of human parvovirus in colon cancer patients is obviously higher than that of healthy ones. |
