肝病6号方治疗肝硬化腹水疗效分析

目的：观察“肝病6号方”治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法：将肝硬化腹水患者112例随机分为治疗组67例，对照组45例。两组均采用西医常规治疗，治疗组加用肝病6号方口服，疗程1个月，比较其疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92．54％、71．1l％，差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）；治疗组症状、体征、肝功能指标治疗前后比较及两组间治疗后比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：“肝病6号方”治疗肝硬化腹水见效快、有效率高，明显优于单用西药者，具有临床意义。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Liver Disease No.6 Recipe in Treating Liver Cirrhosis and Ascites

Objective:To observation of therapeutic effect of liver disease No.6 recipe in treating liver cirrhosis and ascites.Methods:112 cases with liver cirrhosis and ascites were randomly divided into the treatment group(67 cases)and the control group(45 Cases).Both groups were treated by the regular western medicine.Additionally,the treatment group was treated by liver disease NO.6 recipe.The period of therapy was one month and the therapeutic effect of both groups Was investigated.Results:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.54%and 71.11%respectively and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.0 1).There were significant difference in symptoms.signs and liver function in the treatment group before and after the treatment,and also between two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Treating liver cirrhosis and ascites with liver disease No.6 recipe has the advantage of rapid effect and high effective rate,which is higher than that of western medicine alone and has clinical significance.
