盐酸戊乙奎醚在急性肺损伤防治中的应用前景

目前对于急性肺损伤（acute lung injury，ALI）／急性呼吸窘迫综合征（acute respiratory dysfunction syndrome，ARDS）的药物治疗策略等方面的研究虽然有了一些进展，但还没有哪种药物能对ALI／ARDS的治疗有根本的改变。抗胆碱药物对急性肺损伤的病情有一定的缓解作用，本文拟根据近些年来抗胆碱药在ALI／ARDS方面的作用，探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚在急性肺损伤预防或治疗中的应用前景。

Potentiality in treatment of acute lung injury with penehyclidine hydrochloride

Although there are many new approaches to treatments for acute lung injury(ALI) or acute respiratory dysfunction syndrome( ARDS) with all kinds of drugs,we have not seen some drug which has a definite effects to healing ALI/ARDS well. Anticholine drugs may have some benefit on treating ALI/ARDS. In this paper,we look up recent progress of anticholinergic therapies and wish indicate that penehyclidine hydrochloride may be a new therapeutic option for ALI/ARDS than other anticholinergic agents which have no relative selectivity for muscarinic receptor subtypes.
