| 摘 要： | 目的优化胰岛素笔注射教学法。方法将80例〉50岁初次使用胰岛素笔注射的糖尿病患者随机分为观察组46例,对照组34例,观察组按临床护理路径进行教学指导,对照组用常规方法进行教学指导,比较两组患者对胰岛素笔安装和注射方法的教学效果。结果观察组胰岛素笔的安装和注意方法的教学效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用临床护理路径,能明显提高患者对胰岛素笔使用方法的认知,缩短教学时间,提高教学效果及治疗的依从性。
