| 摘 要： | [目的]观察薄荷脑、大黄、乙醇敷脐治疗急性脑卒中病人便秘的效果.[方法]选择住院脑卒中病人108例,随机分为观察组和对照组各54例.对3 d无大便者,观察组采用薄荷脑、大黄、乙醇敷脐法治疗,而对照组采用酚酞口服治疗;比较两组通便效果及不良反应.[结果]观察组和对照组有效率无明显差异(P＞0.05),但对照组不良反应明显多于观察组(P＜0.05).[结论]薄荷脑、大黄、乙醇敷脐治疗急性脑卒中病人的便秘效果较为理想.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of navel drug applying mixture of Rhubarb field-mint and alcohol to treat constipation of acute cerebral apoplexy patients.Method: A total of 108 cases of cerebral apoplexy inpatients were divided into test and control group equally(54 patients each).Patients without defecation for three days were given mixture of Peppermint,Rhubarb and alcohol by umbilical region application in test group.While patients in control group were just given phenolphthalein orally.Then defecation time and adverse reaction of all cases were observed.Result: There was no significant difference in terms of effectiveness between the two groups(P>0.05).However,patients of control group had more adverse reaction compared with that in test group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mixture of Peppermint,Rhubarb and alcohol umbilical region applying has an ideal effect to treat constipation in acute cerebral apoplexy patients. |
