| 摘 要： | 目的通过对深圳市某区16家医疗机构的放射卫生管理状况进行调查，综合评价该地区放射卫生管理质量，并提出放射卫生管理对策。方法采用综合指数法，对深圳某区16家医疗机构放射卫生管理现状进行综合性评价，根据综合指数的高低，将信誉等级分为A、B、C、D4级。结果该区16家医疗机构放射卫生管理状况结果：1家为B级，14家为C级，1家为D级；各占6．25％、87．50％、6．25％。结论该区医疗机构放射卫生管理工作质量不高，需进一步改进。

| Abstract: | Objective] Through the investigation on radiation health management of 16 medical institutions in a district of Shenzhen City, to comprehensive evaluate the quality of radiation health management, and put forward control measures. Methods] Composite index method was adopted to perform comprehensive evaluation on 16 medical institutions. The degrees of comparison were classified into level A, B, C and D according to the scores of composite index. Results ] The evaluation results were 1 of B level { 6.25 % ）, 14 of C level {87.50% ） and 1 of D level （6.25% }. Conclusion] The quality of radiation health management of the medical institutions in this district has certain disadvantages which need to be further improved. |
