| 摘 要： | 目的观察三叉神经脊束核极间亚核和尾侧亚核过渡部(Vi/Vc)与上位颈髓之间的联系。方法运用逆行束路追踪技术,将荧光金注入上位颈髓进行后对位于Vi/Vc内的标记神经元进行观察。结果Vi/Vc存在向上位颈髓的后角和中间带的投射。结论Vi/Vc与上位颈髓的投射可能参与人体对面口部伤害性信息的防御性反射。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the connection between the interpolaris/caudal subnucleus transition(Vi/Vc)and superior cervical cord.Methods Fluorogold was injecte into superior cervical cord used by retrograde tracer skill to observe the efferent neurons from the Vi/Vc to the cervical cord.Results It was observed that there was neurons in Vi/Vc project to the dorsal horn and intermediate zone in the superior cervical cord.Conclusion The oral-facial noxious information from the Vi/Vc was first converged to the cervic... |
