摘    要:目的 总结评价输尿管镜技术在处理上尿路结石急性梗阻中的作用及临床疗效。方法 采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术、双J管内引流处理36例上尿路结石急性梗阻,术后随访3-6个月。结果 28例碎石成功,术后1-3d结石排净;7例结石滑入肾孟,结合ESWL术,术后2周结石排净。35例治愈,1例失败。结论 输尿管镜在上尿路结石急性梗阻治疗中具有创伤轻微、并发症少的特点,且能同时处理双侧输尿管梗阻,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective: To summarize and evaluate the role and clinical effect of ureteroscope technique on treatment of acute obstruction by stone of upper urinary tract. Methods: 36 cases of acute obstruction by upper urinary lithiasis were treated by ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy and double J catheter internal drainage. All cases had been followed up for 3 to 6 months. Results: Among 36 cases, 28 cases lithotripsy were performed successfully and after operation stones were removed completely in 1 to 3 days. 7 cases the stone slide in pelvis combined EWSL together and after operation stones were removed completely in 2 weeks. All cases were placed double J catheter during operation. After operation clinical symptom disappeared and blood biochemical index resume normal. 1 case ureteroscope was not placed successfully and the reason is seriously crooked ureter. Conclusions: Ureteroscope has characters of minimal invasion and fewer complications and can treat bilateral ureter obstruction simultaneously, and it is a safe and reliable method.
