腹腔镜下配子输卵管内移植20例报告

目的:解决输卵管通畅、功能良好者的不孕、不育问题。方法:采用腹腔镜下配子输卵管内移植术。结果:初期20例中成功2例,成功率为10%,结论:输卵管内配子移植术是使输卵管通畅、功能良好者能受孕的良好方法之一。

Report of 20 cases of gamete intrafaliopian transfer ( GIFT ) with laparoscopy.

Objective To solve the reproductive problem in infertile patient with unobstructed fallopian tube. Methods The procedures were under laparoscopy to perform gamete intrafallopian transfer(GIFT). Results The primary pregnancy rate was 10% in 20 cases of infertile patient with unobstructed fallopian tube. Conclusion Assisted reproductive technique of GIFT under laparoscopy is one of the most effective for infertile patient with unobstructed fallopian tube.
