| 摘 要： | 用生化方法测定口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤５６例，良性肿瘤４７例，并与３５例正常人作对照。检测肿瘤患者血清脂质结合唾液酸（ＬＳＡ），总唾液酸（ＴＳＡ）的含量。结果：恶性肿瘤组中ＬＳＡ、ＴＳＡ高于良性肿瘤组和正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；良性肿瘤组与正常对照组无显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＬＳＡ、ＴＳＡ的值与口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的ＴＮＭ分期之间有一定的关系；其含量水平升高或明显下降对判定疗效预后有价值。在鉴别诊断方面有重要意义。

| Abstract: | To identify the significance of total sialic acid(TSA) and lipid bound sialic acid(LSA) in the oncogenesis of oro maxillofacial tumors, TSA and LSA were measured in 56 patients with malignant tumor, 47 with benign tumor and 35 healthy individuals (as control). The results showed that the level of TSA and LSA in the cases of malignant tumor were significantly higher than those of benign tumor and the control( P <0.01), whereas that of TSA and LSA in the cases of benign tumor were identical to that of the coatrol( P >0.05). TSA and LSA levels were correlated with the stages of TNM of the tumors. It is concluded that TSA and LSA may be the makers of oro maxillofacial malignant tumors and their variations are useful to predict the prognosis of the patients. |
