血液滤过治疗烧伤并发全身炎症反应综合征

目的 探讨应用持续性静脉血液滤过（ＣＶＶＨ）法对严重烧伤并发全身炎症反应综合征（ＳＩＲＳ）病人的治疗效果。方法 对６例ＳＩＲＳ患采用ＦＨ－６６型血液滤过器进行滤过治疗。结果 ＳＩＲＳ早期应用的５例病人临床症状得到了明显改善，病情稳定，病人痊愈出院。１例病人出现肾功能衰竭后死亡。结论 烧伤并发ＳＩＰＳ病人早期应用ＣＶＶＨ治疗可以得到较好的治疗效果。

Evaluation of the Treatment Effieacy of Hemafiltratiom in Severely Btrmt Cases Comlplieated with Systemie Inflanmatory Reaetion Svndrome

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of continuous venous veno-hemofiltration (CVVH) in treating severely burnt patients complicated with systemic inflammation response syndrome ( SIRS ). Methods 6 severely burnt patients complicated with systemic inflammation response syndrome ( SIRS ) were treated with FH-66 hemofiltrator. Results 5 early SIRS cases revealed good improvement of their clinical signs and symptoms and were discharged from the hospital when the patient's conditions were normal. Only one cases developed renal failure and died. Conclusion Early CVVH could achieve good therapeutic efficacy for severely burnt patients complicated with systemic inflammation response syndrome.
