摘    要:目的为探讨长期的体育锻炼是否对中学生心理健康起促进作用。方法采用问卷调查的方式对成都市内中学的502名中学生进行了调查。结果中学生每周锻炼1~2次的学习成就欲更高,每周锻炼4次以上的人际关系适应能力更强;坚持体育锻炼5~9年的更不容易产生孤独感;坚持体育锻炼9年以上的情绪自控能力更强,更不容易出现被压迫感和问题行为。结论体育运动习惯对中学生心理健康有一定影响。应开展健康教育,倡导中学生养成良好的体育锻炼习惯。建议每周进行体育锻炼:男生3~4次,女生1~2次,每次持续时间为30~60 min。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of regular sports on the mental health in the teenagers.Methods 502 middle school students in Chengdu city was investigated with a questionnaire.Results The desire of achievement is higher when the students in the middle schools exercise regularly 1 or 2 times each week,the adaptability of relationship is stronger when the teenagers exercise regularly over 4 times each week,the ability of emotional control is better and get less mental problems and behaviors when the students in the middle school persist on physical training above 9 years.Conclusions Regular physical training has an effect on mental health of middle school students.The better habit of exercise should be adopted in the middle school students,the boys exercise 3 or 4 times weekly and the girls exercise 1 or 2 times weekly,30 to 60 minutes each time.
