剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠的诊治

目的：探讨剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠的诊疗方法，引起临床重视，提高早期诊断率，减少因此而行子宫切除率。方法：回顾性分析我院去年对3例剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠患者的诊治过程。结果：3例首诊均误诊，导致3例均在人流(清宫)术后出现阴道大出血，对例1的全程诊治，使我们对外院转入的例2、例3作出了“子宫疤痕妊娠”的诊断，3例均行子宫峡部切开子宫疤痕妊娠物清除术。结论：对有剖宫产史的经产妇，人流前应常规作B超检查，作出早期诊断，避免盲目行吸宫术。子宫峡部切开清除子宫疤痕妊娠物是迅速止血、保全子宫的好方法。

Treatment of the womb cicatricial cyesis after cesarean delivery

Objective: To explore the therapy method to the womb cicatricial cyesis after cesarean delivery, thus arousing the clinical attentions to increase the early diagnosis rate and reducing the hysterectomy. Methods: The management process of 3 cases of the womb cicatricial cyesis after cesarean delivery was retrospectively analyzed in our hospital in last year. Results: The 3 cases were all misdiagnoses at first. Thus they all had vagina massive hemorrhages after the artificial abortions. After the management of the first case, we gave the diagnosis of womb cicatricial cyesis for the second and the third cases. They all received the clearance of the womb cicatricial cyesis via the section on the isthmic portion of womb. Conclusion: To the multipara ever had cesarean delivery, B-ultrasound detect should be concluded into the routine check-up, and gives a early diagnosis. The general artificial abortion should be avoid, and clearance of the womb cicatricial cyesis via the section on the isthmic portion of womb is a good way to hemostasia and saving the womb.
