医药类高职学生营养知识、营养状况调查与分析

摘    要:目的了解学生对营养知识的掌握情况及其对学生营养状况的影响,为今后开展在校学生营养干预提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取987人进行营养知识问卷调查及营养状况检查,营养状况评价采用体质指数(BMI),并进行相关分析。结果93.16%的营养不良学生营养调查问卷得分低于4分,学生的营养知识与营养状况有相关关系。结论提高营养知识知晓率,是改善目前学生营养现状的有效措施。

Abstract:Objective To know about the level of the nutritional knowledge among school students and its influence on their nutritional status,so as to provide reference for the future nutritional interventions.Methods 987 medical students were chosen to carry on a questionnaire on the nutritional knowledge and nutritional status by spot check.To judge the nourishment condition with the body mess index(BMI) and also carry on relative analyses.Results 93.16% malnutrition students whose scores of nutrition knowledge were below.There was correlation between the medical students' nutritional knowledge and nutritional status.Conclusion To raise the correctness rate of nutritional knowledge was the effective measures to improve the students' current nutritional condition.
