| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针刺对非胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征的作用机理。方法选取46例非胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征患者，随机分为治疗组A，23例，取双侧胰俞穴针刺治疗：治疗组B，23例，取双侧三阴交穴针刺治疗，以上两组均治疗3个月。治疗结束后比较排卵率、内分泌激素（FSH，LH，T，LH／FSH）、空腹胰岛素（FNI）、体重指数（BMI）变化。结果治疗组A针刺前后的排卵率、LH／FSH差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），睾酮变化有显著差异（P〈0．01）：治疗组B针刺前后LH，LH／FSH有明显差异（P〈0．05）。排卵率、睾酮变化无明显差异（P〉0．05）：治疗组A与治疗组B针刺后睾酮变化有显著差异（P〈0．01），排卵率变化有明显差异（P〈0．05），LH／FSH、体重指数（BMI）变化无明显差异（F〉0．05）。结论提高胰岛素敏感性，防止胰岛素抵抗对非胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征同样重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mechanism of acupuncture action on polycystic ovary syndrome of non-insulin resistance type. Methods Forty-six patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of non-insulin resistance type were recruited and randomly allocated to treatment group A of 23 cases and treatment group B of 23 cases.
