| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨糖尿病肢端坏疽患者T淋巴细胞亚群的变化与肢端坏疽程度及感染程度的关系。 方法 采用流式细胞仪检测CD3、CD4 、CD8。 结果 糖尿病肢端坏疽患者CD8细胞明显升高。CD4 /CD8显著降低 ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,白细胞较高组CD3较对照组降低 (P <0 0 5 )。不同坏疽程度组间各项指标无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,不同感染程度组间白细胞较高组CD3明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 糖尿病肢端坏疽患者存在细胞免疫异常 ,感染程度重者尤为明显

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with diabetic acromelic gangrene and the relationship between different degress of diabetic gangrene and infection Methods Serum CD 3?CD 4?CD 8 cells were determined by flow cytometry Results CD 8 cells were increased in patients with diabetic gangrene,and CD 4/CD 8 was decreased.There were differences between patients and normal controls( P<0 01 ).There were no differences in degrees of gangrene( P>0 05 ).CD 3 cells were decreased in group with higher leucocyte ( P<0 05 ).Conclusion The abnormal of cellular immunity is existed in patients with diabetic gangrene,especially in patients with more severe infection. |
