摘    要:目的评价虾稻连作措施控制血吸虫病的效果。方法在湖区血吸虫病流行区各选择自然环境和流行程度相接近的3个行政村,2个村实施虾稻连作治理措施,另1个村实施一般综合治理措施,比较其控制血吸虫病的效果及经济效益。结果实施虾稻连作的2个村,3年后人群感染率下降51.11%,耕牛感染率下降60.74%;钉螺面积下降51.23%。活螺密度和钉螺感染率分别下降77.71%和52.94%;农业产值和人均收入分别增加14倍与3.5倍。对照区人和耕牛感染率下降幅度较小。结论虾稻连作措施在短期内能有效控制血吸虫病流行。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of raising crawfish and rice alternately in the paddy field combined with chemotherapy in schistosomiasis control. Methods Three villages similar in environment and epidemic situation were selected , in two of them, crawfish and rice were raised alternately, while in the other one , only comprehensive preventive measures were taken. The effect of disease control and economic development were compared. Results Three years later, in the test villages, infection rate of human and cattles decreased by 51. 11% and 60. 74% respectively. Snail area decreased by 51.23%, living snail density and snail infection rate decreased by 77. 71% and 52. 94% respectively; Gross product of agriculture and net income of residents increased 14 fold and 3.5 fold. However, there was no significant decrease of infection rate of human and cattles in the control village. Conclusion To raise crawfish and rice alternately in the paddy field is able to control schistosomiasis within the three-year observation.
