膝关节十字韧带损伤的低场强MRI诊断价值

目的:探讨低场强MRI对膝关节十字韧带损伤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析43例临床考虑膝关节十字韧带损伤的MRI检查结果,并与关节镜检查结果进行对照分析。结果:以关节镜检查结果为标准,MRI诊断十字韧带损伤的敏感性为88.9%,特异性为75%,准确性为86.4%。结论:低场强MRI能较准确地诊断膝关节十字韧带损伤及并发症,为临床制订治疗方案提供可靠依据。

Diagnostic Value of Magnetic Resonance Imaging on Low Field MR scanner to the Knee Joint Cruciate Ligament Injures

Objective To assess the value of Magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of the cruciate injury of the knee joint,on low field MR scanner.Methods MRI oppearances of 43 patients with cruciate ligament injuries of knee joint who had undergone arthroscopy were analysed retrospectively and compared with arthroscopie finding.Results Taking the results of ar- throscopy as standard,MRI revealed a sensitivity of 88.9%,specificity of 75% and accuracy of 86.4% in detection of crociate ligament tear.Conclusion MR imaging on low field MR scanner can accurately display the cruciate ligament injury of the knee joint as well as its complication.It is important for the preoperative treatment planning.
