| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨利巴韦林搽剂的制备及质量控制。方法:所用原料按处方比例及所设计的工艺进行制备,并建立质量标准。结果:平均回收率为100.16%,RSD为1.68(n=5)。结论:本制剂处方合理,含量测定方法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the preparation and quality control of ribavirin(or virazole)liniment.Methods:The vawmaterial was dispensed according to the ratio of recipe and the operation procedure of preparation was performed by the technological design,and the quality standard was established.Results:The average recovery was100.16%,and the RSD was1.68%(n=5).Conclusion:The method of preparation is reasonable,the content determination is simple and accurate,which can be used as a method to control the quality of this preparation. |
