| 摘 要： | 在人与猪精液抑制素免疫交叉反应的研究中,应用本室建立的猪精液抑制素放射免疫分析测试二种人精液抑制素制剂(hP2和hPx,前者为粗提物经凝胶过滤的产物,后者为hP2通过CM-c层析的纯化物)的反应性。结果表明, hP2及hPx都能部分地抑制标记pUⅡ与抗pUⅡ血清结合,证实人与猪精液抑制素之间的不完全交叉反应。这就有可能考虑应用猪精液抑制素的放射免疫分析试剂盒测定人生物样品抑制素的含量。

| Abstract: | The immunological cross reaction between human and porcine semen inhibins was studied. Using radioimmunoassay (RIA) of porcine semen inhibin developed in our laboratory the reactivity of two preparations of human semen inhibin(hP2 and hPx) were tested, the former being a gel filtration product obtained from the crude extract and the latter being the purified product of hP2 through CM-c chromatography. It was shown that both could partially inhibit the combination of 125I-labelled pUⅡ with anti-pUⅡ serum, demonstrating an incomplete cross reaction between human and porcine semen inhibins. The possibility of using porcine semen inhibins RIA kit in the estimation of the content of human inhibin inbiological specimens was discussed. |
