| 摘 要： | 监测４５例肾移植术后病人的１６８份ＣｓＡ血药浓度及血，尿ＴＨ蛋白（ＴＨＰ）水平。结果术后肾功能正常组其血，尿ＴＨＰ比术前均明显升高，而急性排异组其尿ＴＨＰ显著降低，全血ＣｓＡ浓度明显低于肾功能正常组，提示动态观察了ＴＨＰ水平有助于提示移植提成异反应，对及时调整ＣｓＡ用量具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | 168 results of cyclosporin A(CsA) blood concentration and the Tamm-Horsfall protein (THP)in serum and urine were detected in 45 renal transplanted recipients. It was indicated that the THP in serum and urine of renal function normal patients increased significantly after operation. The urine THP and CsA blood concentration decreased significantly in the acute rejection. The results suggested that it has distinguished the graft rejection by determining THP. It has important clinical significance for regulatation the dosage of CsA. |
