唑来膦酸治疗30例恶性肿瘤骨转移的疗效观察

目的：评价唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的疗效及不良反应。方法：30例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者给予唑来膦酸4mg．加生理盐水100ml稀释，静脉滴注30min，每月1次，2个月后判断疗效1次。结果：显效9例，有效16例，无效5例，总有效率83.3％。不良反应为发热、骨关节痛、消化道反应等，发生率均较低。结论：唑来膦酸治疗骨转移引起的疼痛安全有效，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the curative effect of zoledronic acid in the treatment of skeletal metastasis of malignant tumor in 30 cases

Objective:To observe the curative effect and side effect of zoledronic acid in treating skeletal metastasis and malignant tumor.Methods:30 patients with skeletal metastasis of malignant tumor were treated with zoledronic acid 4 mg by intravenous drip once a month.Results:The numbers of remarkable effect,effect and inefficacy after treatment were 9,16 and 5 cases respectively,the total effective rate was 83.3%.The side effects were fever,osteoarticular pain,nausea and abdominal distention,but the incidence rate was low.Conclusion:Zoledrnic acid is effective and safe in the treatment of pain caused by skeletal metastasis,it can be used in clinic.
