PSA与PSAD在前列腺疾病诊断中的意义

目的：探讨前列腺特异抗原（PSA）及前列腺特异抗原密度（PSAD）在不同前列腺疾病中的表达及临床意义。方法：采用放射免疫法对127例前列腺疾病患者进行了PSA及PSAD值的测定。结果：前列腺炎组PSA平均值1.07ng/ml，PSAD平均值0．04。前列腺增生症组PSA平均值4.57ng/ml，PSAD平均值0．087。这两组PSAD值无特异性。前列腺癌组PSA平均值＞100ng/ml,PSAD平均值0．75，其特异性明显增高。结论：PSA在前列腺良恶性疾病中鉴别诊断的特异性不高，而采用PSAD值时提高了鉴别前列腺良恶性疾病诊断中的价值。

The diagnostic value of PSA and PSAD for prostatic diseases

Objective: To study the amounts and roles of prostatic specific antigen (PSA) and prostatic specific antigen denisty (PSAD) in various prostatic diseases. Methods: The PSA and PSAD of 127 patients with prostatic diseases were examined by radioimmunoassay. Results: In the prostatitis group: the average amount of PSA were 1.07ng/ml and the PSAD were 0.04, in the benign prostatic hyperplasia group:PSA, 4.57 ng/ml. PSAD 0.087. There were no significant difference between two groups of PSAD average amounts. In the prostatic carcinoma group: PSA>100 ng/ml. PSAD 0.75. The spesificity of carcinoma group showed higher than other groups. Conclusion: The specificity of PSA in the prostatic diseases was not significant, however, the PSAD is more helpful for the diagnosis of benign and malignant diseases of prostate.
