视觉诱发电位在眼外伤视力下降分析中的应用

目的研究及探讨VEP在眼外伤视神经损伤中的临床价值,并为损伤程度和劳动能力的法医学损伤提供准确依据。方法对65例视神经损伤患者的65只眼进行了VEP检查。结果研究发现,视神经损伤眼VEP与患者的健侧眼比较。P100的波幅、潜时期均异常,且异常越明显,预后越差,VEP对视神经损伤程度反应灵敏。结论VEP为视神经损伤的视功能评价、临床早期诊断、预后评估以及伤残鉴定,提供了重要的客观依据。

Analysis and Forensic Application of the VEP in Patients After Eyes Contusion in Clinical Ophthalmology

Objective To study and explore the apphcation value and the clinical significance of VEP in the patients of optic nerve in ocular injury. Methods 65 eyes in the 65 patients of optic nerve injury was examined with VEP. Resuits As compared with other eye of normal controls eyes, the latency and the amplitude of VEP are obviouslu abnormal in the patients of optic nerve injury. P100 of the impaired eyes significantly delayed and the amplitudes of P100 was the significantly reduced in ocular contusion group and the prognosis will be bad with the obviously abnotmality. Conclusion The VEP is an objective examining method on early diagnosis of visual function and an important device of assessing the prognosis of contusive eyes.
