| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒监测胎儿宫内生长迟缓的临床实用价值。方法：测定１１８例中，晚期妊娠妇女的胎儿脐动脉血液收缩期峰值比舒张末期峰值、脉搏指数、阻力指数。正常孕妇际龄增长、脐动脉血流收缩期峰值比舒张末期峰值逐渐下降，胎儿宫内生长迟缓孕妇脐动脉血流收缩期峰值比舒张末期峰参孕龄增长而增高，与正常组相比，差异有极显意义。结论：利用超声多普勒技术测定胎儿脐动脉血流频谱的变化，为临床早期诊断胎儿宫内生长迟缓

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the early diagnosis of intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR).Method:Detecting pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI)and systolic/diastolic ratio (S/D) in 118 second and third trimester pregnant women, of which 78 cases are of normal pregnancy and 40 cases IUGR.Result: S/D ratio in the IUGR pregnant group increases with the increase of pregnant age while decreases in the normal pregnant group and the difference between two groups shows a s tatistical significance. Conclusion:It has opened a new way in the early diagnosis of IUGR to use the color ultrasound doppler to detect the S/D,PI ,RI and other hemodynamical changes of navel artery. |
