| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT检查对颅脑火器伤的诊断价值。材料与方法：16例颅脑火器伤和2例颅面部火器伤，在伤后30min至10h行CT检查。结果：非穿透伤8例，穿透伤10例。空透伤中包括盲管伤7例，切线伤2例，贯通伤1例。CT扫描能显示击伤的部位、程度、伤道、血肿、水肿、骨折及骨碎片、异物的位置。结论：颅脑火器伤的CT检查为临床救治提供了重要的依据。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To explore CT diagnostic value of craniocerebral and craniofacial firearm wound. Meterials and Methods:Sixteen patients with craniocerebral firearm wound and two patients with craniofacial firearm owund were studied by computed tomography (CT) within a half hour to ten hours after wound. Results: Eight cases were nonpenetrating,wound and ten cases were penetrating wound. Penetrating wound included seven cases of tubular wound, two cases of tangent wound and one case of through wound. Wounded position, tract, fractures, extradual and subdual hemrrhage, intracerebtal hemorrhage, and foreign body can be showed by CT scan. onclusion: CT examination of craniocerebral firearm wound is very important for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
