子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的临床和CT鉴别诊断

子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病临床鉴别诊断较为困难，且治疗方法不同，因而术前鉴别诊断很有必要，对３１例经手术和病理检查证实为子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病并有ＣＴ资料的病例进行分析，结果表明，两种疾病在临床上虽各有特点，但容易混淆，而ＣＴ图像有其特征性，诊断子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的准确率分别为９５％和８７％，故重视临床资料，并结合ＣＴ扫描有助于提高诊断正确率。

Differentiation of Leiomyomas and Adenomyosis by Clinic and CT

he differentiation is difficult between Leiomvomas and adenomyosis by clinic,But thetreating,methods for the two diseases are different.It is necessary that the differentiationshould be provided between leiomyomas and adeomyosis before surgery.31 cases of leiomy-omas and adnomyosis with CT results, proved by both operations and pathology,were stud-ied.It was shown that distinct features were present in eachi of the two diseases,but easilybeing mistaken,and that,by contrast,the CT image could produce distinct features of the dis-eases and its accuracy of diagnising leiomyomas and adenomyosis is 95%and 87%respective-ly.It is suggested that much attention should by paid to the clinical data,which can increasethe accuracy of diagnosis of leion1yomas and adenomyosis in combination with CT scanning.
