超临界流体萃取耳聋左慈丸中丹皮酚的研究

摘    要:目的建立一种用超临界流体萃取和高效液相分析耳聋左慈丸中丹皮酚的方法。方法用正交试验法,考察时间、温度、压力、夹带剂的种类对耳聋左慈丸中丹皮酚的提取量的影响。结果最佳超临界流体萃取条件为:95%乙醇作为夹带剂,压力为20 MPa,温度为50℃,提取时间为90 min。结论该方法可有效的提取和分析耳聋左慈丸中丹皮酚的含量。

Abstract:Objective To set up a method of extraction and analysis of paeonol from Erlong Zuoci pills with off-line supercritical fluid and by HPLC.Methods With the orthogonal design to evaluate the influence on recovery of paeonol extracted factors such as time,pressure and different kinds of modifiers.Results The best conditions of SFE were 95% ethanol-modified supercritical CO_2(0.4 mL·min~(-1)),extraction pressure of 20 MPa,extraction temperature at 50 ℃ and extraction time for 90 mins. Conclusion The method can be used effectively to extract and analyze paeonol from Erlong Zuoci pills.
