| 摘 要： | 目的 了解输血传播病毒(TTV)感染与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染在大学生中的现状,探讨TTV感染对HBV感染的影响.方法 采用ELISA法检测血清乙型肝炎病毒标志物(HBV-M)、抗-TTV IgM及抗-TTV、IgG,用巢式PCR(nested-PCR)技术检测血清TTV DNA,用速率法或终点法检测TTV、HBV感染者血清肝功能指标,用SPSS 13.0软件对各组肝功能检测结果进行分析比较.结果 TTV DNA阳性率为17.0%(29/171),HBV感染率为10.4%(121/1163),TTV/HBV重叠感染占HBV感染17.4%(21/121).TTV/HBV重叠感染者肝功能损害最重,HBV感染者次之,TTV感染者不明显.结论 大学生中存在一般水平的TTV感染和TTV/HBV重叠感染,TTV感染与HBV感染没有相关性,TTV协同HBV致病,促使TTV/HBV重叠感染者肝损加重.
