足部按摩对开腹胆囊切除术后胃肠功能的影响

目的：观察足部按摩对开腹胆囊切除术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法：将60例开腹胆囊切除术后患者按随机顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组除术后常规护理外,于术后第1天行足部按摩,1次/d,连续3~5 d;对照组给予开腹胆囊切除术后常规护理。比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、腹胀及使用开塞露的比率。结果：观察组患者在术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、腹胀及使用开塞露比率方面均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用足部按摩能有效促进开腹胆囊切除术后胃肠功能的恢复,并可有效预防术后腹胀。

The effects of foot massage on the gastrointestinal function in patients who underwent open cholecystectomy

Objective To observe the effects of foot massage to the gastrointestinal function in patients who underwent open cholecystectomy. Methods 60 patients who underwent open cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group（n=30） and the control group（n=30）. Patients in the observation group were given foot massage in addition to routine nursing.They were given foot massage once a day,which was last for 3 ~ 5 days.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Rate of recovery of gastrointestina.1 function,abdominal distension and use of glycerine enema were compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group in postoperative anal exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sound,defecation time,abdominal distension and use of oglycerine enema ratio were significantly lower than that in the control group.Comparisons were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Foot massage can effectively promote the recovery of the gastroint＇estinal function after open cholecystectomy, and can effectively prevent postoperative abdominal distension.
